Do not do these three things if you do not want to fall ill in summer.
1. Don’t stay Dehydrated: During summers the temperature and
heat increases very much which causes dehydration ,illness , tiredness and a
dry mouth . To avoid these we need to stay hydrated as our body requires more
water, drink a plenty of water, lemonade, eat water rich fruits and vegetables
like cucumber ,watermelon, tomato, strawberries etc .Drink coconut water, it is
a mineral rich drink and also a natural source of electrolyte and nutrients. Try
to choose sugar free juices, staying hydrated also improves our sleep quality.
2. Outside food: Outside foods like burger,
pizza, are difficult to digest during summer months , can cause food poisoning , shortage of
vitamins and minerals , and can
cause a negative impact in overall health. Try to avoid jung foods and eat
healthy and light weight foods to stay healthy, and hydrated. Eating fresh summer fruits and vegetables provides
protection from the sun as they contains hight amount of water, vitamins and nutrients. Sprouts also
contains a high level of water and nutrients, can also help us to beat from the
summer depression.
3. Staying inactive:
Generally during summers we try to be inside the house, not doing any kind of
activities, exercises, being lazy, can cause health issues. Whereas summer is
the superb time for people to get some exercise. Maintain good Physical activities, helps to improve the
mental health, helps to overcome from depression, and laziness. Exercise during
early morning and early evenings are the superb time to stay healthy and
active, and also helps to enhance fitness, concentration level, and also helps
to get a better sleep. But, too much exercise and sweat during summers can also
lead to heat strok , headache, etc so be carefull of that.
Adopting
a good activities, eating healthy foods,
drinking a plenty of water, taking a good sleep , helps to stay healthy and
active during summer. So stay healthy and stay good.
